Manufacturing operations support
Production stockouts from tracked materials
Employees trained with process materials
Assisted tools for shared visibility
About
Practical systems for busy operations teams.
I work close to the floor of a food manufacturing operation, where small problems in inventory, packaging, warehouse movement, or documentation can quickly affect production. That environment shaped how I think: keep information clear, make processes easier to follow, and build tools that help people see the same facts faster.
I am currently studying Operations and Supply Chain Management at UTEP with an Entrepreneurship minor. I am interested in the space where operations, business, technology, and practical problem-solving meet.
Experience
Operations, inventory, packaging, and documentation support.
Operations & Inventory Support
Support daily work across inventory, packaging, warehouse, and production functions, with a focus on keeping materials organized, teams aligned, and production needs visible.
- Track packaging films, bags, ingredients, and related materials with no production stockouts from tracked materials since 2019.
- Support packaging updates and production planning across specifications, deadlines, and team needs.
- Create process diagrams, one-page work instructions, and training videos used to train more than 100 employees.
Industry Exposure
Learning from packaging and processing technology in the field.
Trade shows have helped me connect day-to-day operations work with broader ideas in food processing, packaging automation, equipment flow, and practical production improvement.
Frankfurt, Germany | 2025
IFFA packaging and processing show
Attended IFFA to see global food processing and packaging technology up close, with a focus on how equipment, workflow, and production visibility come together.
Chicago | 2024
Packaging equipment in motion
Recorded machine demonstrations to study automation, material handling, and equipment layouts that can improve production flow and team visibility.
Projects
Tools and documentation that make work easier to run.
Order Tracking Visibility
Built an AI-assisted internal application concept to help departments track order status and share visibility without relying on scattered updates.
Inventory Visibility
Designed shared inventory views so teams could understand material availability, spot gaps earlier, and coordinate around the same information.
QR Equipment System
Created a QR-code-based equipment management approach connecting equipment lists, maintenance logs, parts ordering, and inventory tracking.
Training Materials
Produced process diagrams, one-page work instructions, and training videos that made repeatable tasks easier to teach and follow.
Skills
Grounded in operations, strengthened by systems thinking.
Operations
Inventory control, packaging materials, warehouse support, manufacturing coordination, production planning support.
Systems
AI-assisted app development, order tracking, inventory visibility, QR workflows, practical data organization.
Documentation
Process diagrams, one-page work instructions, training videos, employee onboarding materials.
Communication
English and Spanish fluency, cross-functional coordination, safety-minded work habits, team training.
Education & Training
Studying business operations while applying it at work.
The University of Texas at El Paso
Operations and Supply Chain Management major with an Entrepreneurship minor.
Applied Operations Learning
Connecting coursework with real production planning, inventory visibility, and process improvement work.
Working Style
Reliable, clear, and improvement-minded.
I like work that turns messy operational information into something teams can act on.
I document processes so the next person can do the job with less confusion.
I am learning toward opportunities that combine operations, supply chain, technology, and entrepreneurship.
